Chicken Lips & Rocket Ships
It's here!! My newest book of children's poetry has arrived. "Chicken Lips & Rocket Ships" is now available on line at Amazon.com, Barnes&Noble.com, and Borders.com, or if you'd like a signed copy, you may get them through me as well.
This is my follow-up to my first book, "There's a Hippo in my Bathtub", another fun collection of children's poetry and illustrations.
Here's a sample from the new book...
Lactose-Intolerant Cow
I’m a lactose-intolerant cow,
Don’t ask me why,
Don’t ask me how.
Don’t tell me jokes,
Of the funny sort,
Because if I laugh,
I’ll begin to snort.
And if I snort,
My milk it blows,
Not through my udders,
But out my nose!*
