What do you do with all these creations? Do you sell them all, or keep them around and give them as gifts?

I post some of the stuff on Etsy (don't seem to sell much there), sell some of the stuff to co-workers, my wife steals some of it, I keep telling myself that I'm stockpiling for an October craftshow. I just keep making stuff so that I don't get any crazier and I figure I'll just let other people decide what to do with it all!! :P
